Talman Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes your privacy rights regarding our collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of your personal information. It applies to the Talman website and all related sites, applications, services and tools, regardless of how you access or use them.
Your privacy is important to us. We wouldn’t want people mistreating our information, so we’ll do everything we can to safeguard yours. Any information that we collect will only be used in ways for which you have consented.

Information collected from website visitors
When visiting the Talman website, your activity, browser information and information about the referring site, along with an approximation of your location, may be recorded. We may also record information linked to your IP address or e-mail address, if authenticated to the website.
Talman uses this information to improve its websites, products and services and your experience with Talman.
Talman will never publish this information.
Talman will not share this personally identifying information with any third party.
Talman does not store any credit card information.
Collection and use of personally identifying information
Talman collects the e-mail addresses, names and potentially other information when you communicate with Talman or use its products. When you register with Talman, we ask for information such as your name, organisation information, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and postal addresses.
Talman will use the information gathered for the provision of products and services to you, including billing, authentication, contact and improvement to said products and services and their websites.
Talman does not intentionally collect information from children under the age of thirteen (13).

Talman does not publish correspondence and feedback sent to Talman.

Talman will closely monitor the device that includes the client’s personal information to ensure it is not lost or stolen, and a database containing personal information to ensure that no data breach occurs, as per the requirements of the Notifiable Data Breach (NDB) Scheme.
Talman will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) when a data breach is likely to result in serious harm to individuals whose personal information is involved in the breach.
Talman will promptly notify the Office of the Australian Commissioner (OAIC) once it becomes aware of an eligible data breach as soon as practicable, including the identity and contact details of the organisation, description of the data breach, the kinds of information concerned, and recommendations about the steps individuals should take in response to the data breach via the Notifiable Data Breach Form – OAIC
