Update on IT Security Incident – Talman / NZDE

Thank you again for your ongoing patience as we work to get all ASP servers and the NZDE network fully operational.
We can confirm that all customers are now able to access the ASP Talman end-user software successfully.
We advised you previously that we have made progress with the NZDE server and NZDE is operational for transmitting and receiving Delivery Orders, Auction Catalogues and Lot Invoices.
We have made additional progress and now have NZDE operational for transmitting and receiving Private Catalogues and Processing Instructions.
We are still working on the following transmission types and email functionalities. We will keep you notified on a daily basis as to the status.
* Test Certificates
* EDI / PDF sending of the Delivery Orders.
We acknowledge the impact this event has had on all our stakeholders in the wool industry and we have been working actively around the clock towards fully restoring our services.
