Examples of these include:

2001 Production of the Integrated MS Windows based Private Buying software completed.

2000 SGS Core Test System in New Zealand is delivered, with latest SQL, Internet and XML technology.

1999 AWEX Electronic Auction (ECLIPSE) system begins live operation.

1997 Wrightson, New Zealand's largest wool broker, chooses Talman's wool broking, private buying and trading software as a replacement for all existing wool systems.

1996 AWEX chooses Talman to develop an advanced sale room system for sale result input and on line industry access to the auction room.

1994 Using its new Visual FoxPro object oriented development environment, Talman releases its new Universal Wool Database together with an associated foundation code library. These components are used to create the industry's most advanced typing, valuing and market information systems for brokers, buyers and other industry organisations.

1989 Talman designs the first lap top system for use by wool buyers at the auction room, integrating this system with a wool buyers head office database.

1986 Talman implements a laboratory core testing system on a mini computer. Up to this point, this was only available on mainframes.

1982 Talman chosen to provide wool industry's EDI network (and one of Australia's first)

1976-80 Talman makes first wool Private Buying, Export and Broking applications available on a mini computer.
